Through an initial auction with a certain date, the work of art will become the property of a single owner. Being able to hoard the property itself or sell/auction it at the time it deems appropriate. The owner of the work does not have editing capabilities, he cannot directly influence the art. His only abilities are those previously mentioned. This in no way prevents them from being part of the community, giving their opinion and participating in decisions, but always on an equal footing with the rest of the users.
