The artwork addresses the theme suggested by the award and the LABITCONF2023 conference: (R)evolution. The pictorial outcome endeavors to depict this theme through a local lens of the Argentine Republic, the nation where both the award and conference take place, and also the birthplace of Myriadart as a web3 project. From this viewpoint, the exploration sought to salvage the image of San Martín, a regional hero whose likeness is deeply embedded in the collective imagination of Latin America, closely associated with the notions of revolution and freedom. Adopting a playful approach, the work engages with memetics and the interaction of various milestones and icons from the crypto world to compose a scene where the protagonist challenges the socioeconomic establishment. Noteworthy elements include the eyes of the horse, which is no longer a horse but has morphed into a bull, the molotov, the cockade, the flag bearing the emblematic phrase 'hodl', and the lampooning of the dollar bill riding atop a horse adorned with a dunce cap. Pizza Day strikes against the structure as if launched from a catapult.
